Private Hummer Tour

Drive your own Hummer through the beautiful sceneries of the Baja Dessert. If you get lucky you might find road runners, mountain cats and all diferent species of cactus until you get to a georgeous natural oasis located in the middle of the dessert.

Our guide will then take you driving through the hills and arroyos out of Miraflores, exploring the off road terrain, flora and fauna, and local color of the cape region. On the way to Santiago you pass local ranchos, fields of mangos, corn, papaya, citrus and banana trees. The first experience in Santiago is the sanctuary, a very unique ecosystem. The water actually runs underground through the mountains to get here. Our next sight will be the mission of Santiago de Los Coras founded in 1721 by Jesuit Ignacio Maria Napoles. At a lodge, you stop for beverage and driver change. A few miles away you will find the main attraction, Cañon de la Zorra, a perfect area for hikers. Can you imagine waterfalls in the middle of the desert?

Further up the stream are endless deposits of fresh water and large granite rocks and boulders make for a truly adventurous excursion. On the way back to Cabos you stop at a local restaurant in Santiago and enjoy a delicious and traditional three-course meal and later follow the highway and literally drive across the tropic of Cancer, so be sure not to drift off to sleep after a day of hiking and adventure.
