Throughout, the design combines a touch of rustic Provence combined with Mexican art and hand-crafted items, such as bedside trays of onyx marquetry, lamps and antiqued mirrored trays from San Miguel Allende. Each room is crafted with all-natural elements, including river stone, marble, onyx, wood and clay. Polished clay floors, natural clay ceilings supported by natural woods and hand-painted water colored walls combine to create a luxuriously polished look and warm ambiance. Plush furnishings, from chairs to pillows are covered in natural cotton, silk and linens, all in a palette of creamy whites accented with lime green and fuchsia tones. The serene decor also incorporates colorful handcrafted tiles, created exclusively by artists in Saltillo, Coahuila.
