The Greg Norman signature course is private for resident and members only. The Jack Nicklaus signature course is open to public. Today, the course consists of an initial opening 18 holes which is a composite design consisting of 9 holes from the Jack Nicklaus design and 9 holes from the Greg Norman design. This unique opportunity will allow golfers to experience the difference in design philosophies and enjoy a “sneak-peek” of the future work to come. The actual par 73, measures 7,246 yards from the tips. The Norman nine, called the Mission Course, takes its name from Puerto Los Cabos’ proximity to the old Mission San Jose del Cabo. The entire nine-hole course features incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. Existing boulders, rock outcroppings and cactus have been incorporated into the design for a truly unique desert course on the ocean. The Nicklaus nine, called the Marina Course, features a dramatic variety of terrain. There are five mountain holes to bookend the nine, and in the middle of the layout you will find four holes that play through the natural dunes.
